Stabilizing Heart Coherence
Deep within the recesses of your heart, there is an inextinguishable light. That light is a seed; a seed of life itself and a fractal of God/Source/The All. It is pure zero point energy, pure expression, pure power.
When we learn to tap into this seed of life within, we start to shift our entire body and field of energy. We begin to remember ourselves as a fractal of the All - something that is whole, confident, content, at peace and in need of nothing. We begin to remember that we are not separate from anything.
Heart Coherence | Seed of Life sessions are designed to help you to access this most precious space within, to help you begin to remember your wholeness, to remember your inherent worth; to feel content, confident and at peace within yourself.
This is a state of being Stephanie guides you towards, so that your own divine nature can not only be remembered, but embodied.
What To Expect
When you book your Seed of Life Session with Stephanie, it will be an online session via Zoom (the timing of which will be booked upon purchase). The session will include some discussion - so that Stephanie has some information about what called you to the session, and what you hope to gain from it.
You will be asked to find a comfortable position and to close your eyes and relax. Eye masks help the participant to go deeper (so wear one if you have one).
From there, Stephanie will guide you into a deeply relaxed state, and will then guide you to exploring your heart. Together you will navigate what arises, as you move deep within the heart to the Seed of Life within. As the experience unfolds, she will navigate the unfolding of the experience with you, to help you anchor and integrate the expansion and connection to your Seed of Life.
The end of the session will be followed up with resources emailed to you, to best help you integrate what transpired. You are not left alone through the unfolding. You can email Stephanie at any time (and as many times as you want) with any questions or concerns you have for up to 4 days after the session.
This is a deeply personalized experience and what unfolds will be for the highest good of all.

Stephanie has been practicing energy healing and energy work since 2013 and has been working with clients, in person and online since. From the early 2020s onward, her work has been focused on the power of the heart and heart expansion, with programs like Sacred Heart and Frequency of You. In 2025 her work took an even deeper focus within the heart, to the Seed of Life itself.
Stephanie is dedicated to holding space for you to experience yourself deeper. This work is not to "fix" you, but to help you remember that there was never any part of you that needed "fixing." This work is dedicated to reminding you of your own divine nature, and of the divinity that you naturally are as a fractal of the All That Is.

There will be no refunds for no shows or cancellations with less than 24hrs notice. Once you commit to a time, please make sure you are ready for the session and show up on time for the session, as booked. More than 2 cancellations forfeits your booking and nulls your purchase, therefore no refund will be provided.
