As someone who has been on this journey of awakening for almost 15 years, I can say with certainty that to live a life of deep meaning, deep presence, peace and compassion for all, our soul frequency can teach us the most about it all. When you know the resonance of your deepest essence, you begin to understand who you are as a soul and as an expression of the divine. When you learn to hold the resonance of your deepest essence, you begin to BECOME the highest expression of all that you are.

Every human on Earth has a unique soul frequency. Every soul in existence has a unique soul frequency.

Because everything in existence holds a vibration and exists as frequency. The very essence of what we are is a frequency unique to the soul that we are. In learning what that frequency FEELS LIKE, we can begin to know it and hold it, expressing ourselves as our highest soul essence. True resonance feels like the deepest inner peace. It feels like a pure, clear expression of our heart and soul - and simply MAINTAINING IT can begin a shedding process that helps us untangle, unlearn, deprogram and release all that is not actually us.
