You start to hold the frequency synonymous with the unified field - the frequency of oneness, harmony, unity and peace.
Your heart is a sacred gift - and up until this point, you may not have known how to use it!
The heart is our most powerful organ; our second brain, with its own neurons and nervous system.
It has a force field around it that can measure many feet away from the body.

Sacred Heart is a 4 month journey into heart EXPANSION
When you enroll in Sacred Heart you are enrolling in a 1:1 support container that includes live, online 1:1 calls with Stephanie, where the focus is on heart clearing, heart activation, heart expansion and unearthing your heart’s guidance and wisdom. Each month of the program focuses on one of these areas. Altogether, you are taken through 16 live sessions that will help transform the relationship you have with your heart and in turn, the relationship you have with yourself, your dreams, your mission and your service.
This program begins with a group initiation call, which opens the portal for this incredible journey and opens your body and energy field to new levels of energy and life force. This is a very powerful initiation.
Month 1: CLEARING - where you are guided to release any programming, attachments or other past experiences that are no longer serving you; to clear out any discordances in your field and in your heart, so that you can feel your soul frequency deep within you, clearer and stronger than ever.
Month 2: ACTIVATION - where you are brought through powerful energetic activations to open the energetic channels within your heart and higher heart chakras.
Month 3: EXPANSION - where you begin to learn how to expand your heart’s electromagnetic field and radius of powerful energy and magnetism.
Month 4: HEART’S WISDOM & GUIDANCE - where you travel deep within your heart to channel messages directly from your deepest wisdom and essence.
Between each week’s call, you are encouraged to continue the work of connecting with your heart, being in presence with your heart and fine tuning your energetic frequency to resonate at the frequency of your expanded heart. This deepens the experience and ensures 4 months of continued, focused heart connection and expansion.
